WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
To minimize no-call/no-shows, we require a $25 non-refundable deposit. A deposit secures the appointment. It also provides time compensation for the braid-stylist in the event a client cancels at the last minute or does not show. Your deposit is not an additional fee and will be applied to your total balance.
IS HAIR PROVIDED?
Yes. hair is provided for all braiding and loc services at no additional cost to you. Please indicate your hair color if anything other than 1B. Hair is not provided for any service that requires bundles including sew-in installs and sleek ponytails with bundles.
ARE GUESTS ALLOWED?
No. Under no circumstance should you arrive with any guests at your appointment time. If you fail to adhere to this policy, you will not be serviced and your deposit will not be refunded.
CAN I CHANGE THE STYLE I WANT?
If you decide that you want to change a style that was previously booked, you must notify us 72 hours in advance. You will not be able to change your style when you arrive to your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DOES MY HAIR NEED TO BE WASHED AND DRIED BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes. Your hair should be clean and free from any product upon your arrival. It should also be straight enough for the braid-stylist to run their finger through. However, we do offer "Prep Service" at an additional charge. Please click here to book.
IS CAVI-LIPO PAINFUL?
No. Most clients consider the procedure painless and comfortable. During the treatment you will feel a soothing warmth in the targeted area. A little “blushing” or reddening may occasionally appear but it does not cause pain. The warmth generated is perfectly tolerable. You should hear a slight ringing in your ears due to the low frequency ultrasound, but it poses no harm and disappears as soon as you are not in contact with the transducers it is a safe treatment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOSE WEIGHT WITH CAVI-LIPO?
Because you are reducing fat deposits you may experience some weight loss but Ultrasound Cavi-Lipo itself is not a weight loss treatment. It's purpose is to treat adipose fat and cellulite, which will reduce the circumference of the treated area. Diet and lifestyle suggestions will be recommended to follow throughout your treatment program in order to enhance the elimination of fat deposits and boost results.
IS THERE A GRACE PERIOD?
There is a 10 minute grace period for ALL services. After 10 minutes, you will be billed a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes, you will be billed a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled. You will need to reschedule your next appointment with a new deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
To avoid a cancelation fee of $25, you will need to cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours ahead of time.
