SMS & E-Mail Reminders
Once your appointment is confirmed, a notification will be sent via text/e-mail. Please be sure provide correct information for this is the only way to communicate with clients regarding appointments.
Reminders are sent 24 - 48 hours in advance!
You may reschedule your appointment 1 time only up to 24 hours in advance. This ensures that your appointment time slot is not wasted. To reschedule your appointment, please refer to your appointment confirmation email sent.
No Call - No Show
If you fail to not show or call for your scheduled appointment you will forfeit you deposit and the chance to reschedule your appointment. Therefore, another payment will be necessary.
All appointments are allowed a10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged $15 and after 15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. **NO EXCEPTIONS**

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
